Welcome to the
We're so glad you are hopping with us today.
We've got all kinds of great baby and bridal shower related crafts and ideas for you.
This is the first stop on the hop, be sure to check out the line up at the
end of the post for all the great blogs participating in today's hop.
Now on with the projects.
I went digging through my diecuts drawer and got busy making cards.
This first one, a 5.5 x 5.5 inch square card, features a diecut bear with heart
from my friend and fellow DT member at Card A Day Challenge Blog, Denise,
and a diecut heart that I cut on the library Ellison machine years ago
before I owned a Cricut or Big Shot.
(Don't judge me, I know you all have a secret stash of stuff too!)
I mixed and matched sentiments from a couple of stamp sets and used
Stampin' Up Watermelon Wonder ink. Throw in a little patterned paper and the card was finished.

The inside features a rub on that's been in my stash for years too.
Next I found another cut-at-the-library diecut and another rub-on.
I dug out the embossing folders (man were they dusty) and the Perfect Pearls mist.
I spritzed the embossed sheet, the bells and the pink layer.
You can't see it well in the pic but in real life it's pretty cool.
a another diecut. This one from another friend and fellow DT member, Gracie.
I used a Copic marker to color the silver scroll work to match the bride's
color scheme of pink and navy.
