Family Plaque...my version

I saw a family plaque similar to this one on a blog and thought I had tagged it so I could refer to it, but for the life of me I can't find it.  So to whomever created the one I scraplifted from, THANKS!  I loved it enough to make my own.  ***EDITED*** I found it! Thanks to Denise Hill from http://paperpastime.blogspot.com/ for the inspiration.  Mine isn't nearly as fancy as Denise's but I'm liking the way it turned out.

I know that the "O" is crooked but it got stuck to the weeding so I had to re-cut it and it didn't get put down straight.  I currently just have a piece of white cardstock behind it because I can't decide what to use behind it.

My formula: Black Viynl, an $8 frame from Walmart, transfer paper.
